Bun Samosa

BM # 6 Day 3

Samosas are a hot favorite with me and I would normally eat them with a slice of bread and some spicy green chutney.Recently my son introduced me to a different version of samosa....sandwiched in a bun..with sweet imli chutney, spicy green chutney and the fiery red chilly garlic chutney!!.This Bun –Samosa is a very popular meal for college going students, who just pick it up and walk away.It sure is filling ..Two Samosas in one bun!!...and the top and bottom smeared with oil.welll I thought ..how ideal for a picnic!!...and simple too. ..So here is a lovely snack which you can take for your picnics..or in your lunch box...if you omit the fiery garlic chutney the kids will enjoy it too.You can make the changes according to your tastebuds.
