Thai Green Curry with Rice

Weekend Cooking

We cook throughout the week, but weekends are special, when we are more relaxed and perhaps want to try new cuisines or dishes. For us weekend is only Sunday .we work on Saturdays too. Sunday, is one day when the family is together, so naturally, one wants the best. With a family like ours, the breakfast is normally fruits, hardly any cooking...lunch in Sindhi family's is kind of fixed Kadhi Chaawaran! Where is the scope to try new stuff/..well I try my stuff in the evenings, and at times dinner..That is If I am cooking, you see at times I am lazy to cook on my holiday and we get food from outside!! Anyway for this week it's Thai Curry!.
